We hire professional caregivers with a range of experience and credentials. We train our caregivers to support older adults in the activities of daily living, and provide specialized training for caregivers working with clients who have dementia or other age-related conditions.

All of our caregivers are employees. This allows us to provide benefits, handle payroll, withhold taxes, and cover workers compensation insurance.

Owning your own vehicle is not required to be hired as a caregiver. However, since many clients need help with errands, transportation, and social outings, you do need a current driver’s license and clean driving record to be allowed to drive your client’s car instead of providing your own.

You can expect a schedule that works around your flexibility. We offer flexible hours that are tailored to fit your individual needs, whether you're looking for part-time or full-time work. Our goal is to create a schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.

We believe in paying our caregivers competitively for their hard work and dedication. The exact pay rate varies based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and job responsibilities. We offer competitive pay rates that are in line with industry standards.

Primary responsibilities include providing compassionate care and support, helping with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming), medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, while providing essential companionship.

Good communication is essential, as many clients require medication reminders and conversation. Other key qualities include empathy, compassion, patience, dependability, and attentiveness to the client's care plan.

We’re looking for applicants over the age of 18 with experience providing care professionally or to someone close to them. If you don’t have prior experience, we can connect you with the resources and training programs needed to develop your skills.
